  • Policy and Procedural Development — Designed and implemented new policies and procedures within multi-disciplinary, multi-lingual and multi-cultural environment. Appointed 1997 member of National Steering Committee on Diversity Management, Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
  • Budget Preparation and Administration — Developed and administered $2,100,000 annual budget implementing salary audit.
  • Personal Management — Recruited, trained and supervised culturally diverse professional and administrative staff. Managed scheduling and workflow. Implemented automated office system and computerized intake system.
  • Program Development and Evaluation — Designed format, protocol and training for various programs. Established a comprehensive vocational assessment, recruitment and career development programs. Supervision of two agency evaluations regarding management and service: Council on Accreditation of Services for family and Children, N.Y., 1990.
